1) The State Budget Expenditure Monitoring Dashboard (BAIL) displays

  • planned expenditures
  • actual expenditures as of the current date
  • own expenditure forecast until the end of the year
  • for all state institutions and their types of expenditures
  • assessment of risks of budget program implementation

2) Dashboard for monitoring the payment of salaries from the state budget

  • 74.5 billion UAH of expenses for the payment of salaries

  • 76 main spending units

  • 201 budget programs

  • salaries of over 100,000 people

3) Dashboard for monitoring expenditures for reconstruction of Kyiv region

  • 2,178 objects are displayed on the map
  • 171 settlements
  • 4.531 billion UAH, of which 359 million UAH are funds from partners
  • 10 budget programs
  • 214 recipients
  • 3,617 people used the data

PUBLIC EVENTS

The Center conducted 4 trainings for journalists on the peculiarities of the budget process

  • 6 “Coffee talks” events (with Chatham House rules)
  • presentation of the system for monitoring salary payments from the state budget
  • presentation together with KOVA of the dashboard for monitoring expenditures for the reconstruction of the Kyiv region
  • was one of the initiators of the Anti-Corruption School (for investigative journalists)
