Tetiana has 29 years of experience (she seems to know everything about numbers and even more!). She worked as a chief accountant at City Connect LLC, Kyiv Winery, and as a chief inspector at the state tax office.
In our team, she is responsible for maintaining financial statements and making sure that debits always match credits.

Marina has worked in research institutions, international projects, and public service at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VRU).
From 2013 to 2019, she was a Research Fellow at the Research Institute of Fiscal Policy, University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.
From 2017 to 2019, she served as a Senior Economic Analyst at the Office of Financial and Economic Analysis at the VRU.
Since 2019, she has been the Chief Consultant at the Secretariat of the Budget Committee of the VRU.

Before joining our team, Olha worked as a chemist at Yuria-Pharm for six years. Her main responsibilities included the development of medicinal products such as infusions, injections, and nasal sprays. Nowadays, several drugs she worked on can be found on the shelves of pharmacies.
At the Center for Fiscal Policy Research, Olya collects and analyzes data related to reconstruction in Ukraine, including information on reconstruction projects and their financing. Together with her colleagues, she transforms large amounts of diverse data into convenient formats for visualization and analysis.

In her spare time, Olya likes to read and go hiking, and is also fond of Easter egg painting.

Work experience
Ivan was born and raised in Chisinau. At the beginning of his journalistic career, he became actively interested in information technology and migrated to the IT field. He started as a tester. Later, he moved to Kyiv, as the IT industry was developing at a faster pace in Ukraine. He worked in various positions in both well-known and largest IT companies, such as Luxoft, levi9, and in product companies that developed IT solutions for the energy and healthcare sectors. At the Center for Fiscal Policy Research, Ivan is engaged in data collection, analysis, and visualization for various projects.

Interests
In his free time, Ivan is working on creating his own app that helps to manage the family budget and control expenses. He loves traveling and cooking for family and friends.
