This project aims to create a comprehensive database of verified information on expenditures associated with the restoration and rebuilding of Ukraine, as well as other war-related costs. The website features data on spending from the state budget, local budgets, and funds from international partners dedicated to these efforts. The monitored expenditures include:

• restoration of damaged or destroyed facilities and construction of new ones
• functioning of the state during the war period
• support and development of businesses
• payments to internally displaced persons (IDPs) and other social payments
• expenditures covered by foreign partners
• other war-related expenses

We believe that engaging a diverse range of stakeholders in monitoring these expenditures will ensure more efficient use of funds and build greater trust in Ukraine among international partners.

The website provides verified information on specific expenditures from February 24, 2022, to December 31, 2023.
