The database contains information on procurements related to projects financed in 2023–2024 with funds from the Liquidation Fund.

The names of the projects are provided in accordance with the government decisions that allocated their financing from the Elimination Fund. The database contains data on all procurements that could be identified for projects financed by the Liquidation Fund. For procurements where the “payments_fund” column is marked as False, no payments from the Elimination Fund were made.
Some procurements include several lots related to one or more projects financed by the Elimination Fund.
Certain procurements simultaneously cover multiple projects. In 2023, financing could be provided both for specific projects and for aggregated initiatives without detailed address-level information (for example, for private and multi-apartment residential buildings). In 2024, such aggregated projects were already broken down into smaller units (e.g., “Private residential houses (120 houses)” in the village of Posad-Pokrovske, Kherson region, was divided into separate groups of 10–15 houses). Since it is not possible to consolidate the financing of these projects between 2023 and 2024, they are represented in the database as separate projects.
