In 2023, UAH 1.244 billion from the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression was used to finance reconstruction in the Kyiv region (excluding information with restricted access and the eReconstruction program).

The largest amount of funds was allocated from the budget program “Subvention from the state budget to local budgets for the implementation of projects (objects) aimed at eliminating the consequences of armed aggression.” This program financed the restoration or construction of 75 facilities with a total amount of UAH 716 million.

UAH 257 million was allocated for the restoration of 11 facilities under the program “Construction and Restoration of Infrastructure, Residential and Public Buildings, and Structures.”

An additional five facilities were financed from two other programs, totaling UAH 271 million.
