Viktor Maziarchuk, Chairman of the Board of the Center for Fiscal Policy Research, spoke about the quantitative dimension of decision-making.

“We need to look for common values and work together. Look for like-minded people. Some people lack values, while others lack knowledge. My main point is to make sure that people are able to think and develop. We need to move forward so that it is not too late, because tomorrow may not come. If we move forward with the right values and knowledge, we will quickly succeed,” summarized Maziarchuk.

Oleksandr Starodubtsev, Deputy Chief of Staff of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, co-founder of Prozorro, lecturer at the School of Public Administration, spoke about the qualitative dimension of the country’s development, development and formation of decision-making policies.
